On December 26, 2019, Cherry was called home by our Heavenly
Father. She is preceded in death by her father, the late Mr. Robert
Bostic, a sister, Mrs. Robin King and brother, Mr. Lorenzo Bostic.
Cherry was educated in the public schools of Chatham County.
She grew up in Rosenault Hill in Garden City. Cherry took
on many different occupations to care for her children. She
took interest in many things. She even became a supporter for
Dangerous Curvxx MC’s. She loved to travel and have family
functions. Family meant everything to her.
Cherry was the type of person that would help anyone, even
when she was in need. If you ever needed a place to stay, her
door was always open. She was always the life of the party. She
had a special kind of laugh that when you heard it you just knew
it was her. She was never the type to bite her tongue, always
told you just how she felt. Throughout life, she befriended so
many people that grew to love her. She had a very special bond
with each of her girls, and always went out of her way for her
grandchildren and great grands. Everyone that grew to know
and love her knew her as “Momma Che”.
She leaves to cherish her sweet memories her mother, Mrs.
Tommie Lee Bostic Walker; her children: Tisha Bostic, Kutia
Lovett and Victoria Bostic; a special child she raised as her
own: Ny’Angel Thomas; her siblings; Gail Williams, Lurlene
Jones, Tonya Walker, Willis Cooper and Derrick Walker; her
grandchildren: DeEssence, Kamil, Samantha, Steven, Britney,
Pierre, Quniteirra, Tempest, Abigail, Zy’Kel, Sy’rai, Messiah,

Lecounte and Denesha Hunter; Godsisters: Brenda, Sheila, Lisa
and Karen and special friends: Jerry Williams and Paul Smith.
