Dominique Roger Philippe Mallet, Sr., 34, of Savannah, died Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at Candler Hospital, from injuries received in an accident on I-16 at the Pooler Parkway.
He was born in Savannah, Ga., and attended Windsor Forest High School, and graduated from Brewton Parker College.
He was employed by Ricks Glass Company, as a Glass Cutting Foreman. He was a member of Local 188, Plumbers, Steamfitters and Air Conditioners Union, and he was a member of "The Seed" Church.
He is survived by Meghann Emily Gibson, Christie Lee Smith, father, Dominique Alain Philippe Mallet (Sharon), mother, Nancy Lorraine France Wilson, 2 sons, Dominique Roger Philippe Mallet, Jr., and Aiden Michon Nathaniel Mallet; daughter, Aubrie Mikaela Lorraine Mallet, and step daughter, Madison Marie Sherlin, brother, Christophe Vance Joseph Mallet (Dana), sister, Marie France Josette Sampson (Damion), and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Saturday, in the Chapel of Bonaventure Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Saturday, in the Chapel of Bonaventure Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Dunn, officiating.
