Earline Dillward

Sis. Earline Dillward, affectionately called Sally by family and friends was born October 21, 1946 to the late Mary Anderson and Benjamin Dillward in Savannah, Georgia. Earline received her education in the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. She was employed for many years by Carolus and Louise Daniels as a Domestic Engineer. Sis. Dillward received Christ and was baptized at an early age at Sweetfield of Eden Baptist Church, where she served faithfully for many years as an usher and a member of the Pastor's Aide. Earline enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, planting flowers, watching games shows, coloring in her adult coloring books and solving crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Earline was proceeded in death by her sister Maggie "Peachie" Myers and brother Joe Taylor. She was called from labor to reward on January 2, 2018 at Memorial Health surrounded by her family. Her physician, Dr. Jennifer Yeh often referred to her as "One tough bird." She leaves to cherish her loving memories her loving children: Felicia(Theawander)Woods and Amanda Dillward; JoVanna Wright(Goddaughter) De-Lon Anderson(Godson); grandchildren Eric Patterson, Christopher-Eric Patterson,Alicia(Seth)Myers, Nynika Carter; four great-grandchildren, Annette Blocker, Arthur Ree Gaddis, Retha(Alvin) McClain, Odessa(Glen)Sims; Cheryl Young and Jannette Johnson; brother John Taylor, and a host beloved nieces, nephews and friends. Earline will be missed dearly by her special friend Leola "Pigeon" Williams
