Gloria Peacock Faircloth passed away April 16, 2016, after a short illness.
Gloria had many accomplishments in her lifetime. She was past president of the Propeller Club and the Broker’s Association. She was very involved in the Maritime Community. She retired from UTC Overseas.
She was loved by all that knew her, both family and friends. The greatest gift a life can have is the legacy that is left behind. She was an inspiration to us all.
She is survived by her two daughters; Angela (Gary) Smolinski and Teresa Faircloth; grandchildren, Nicholas, Mark and Hannah Smolinski; Dylan Frietag; great grandson, Jackson Smolinski; siblings, Amy Parker (Russell), Judy Lanier, Fred Peacock, Jr.(Martha), as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, April 19, at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
