Ms. Lillian Anderson, 56, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at Hospice Savannah.

Lillian Williams Anderson was born May 20, 1953 in Screven County, Georgia to the late Rosa Lee White and the late Nathaniel Williams. She was raised by her grandmother, the late Alma White Carter. She attended the public schools of Screven County. In 1969, she moved to Savannah, Georgia.

Lillian was a painter and domestic worker. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, LaReese A. Tolbert; son-in-law, Cleveland J. Tolbert; four sisters, Gloria Perry (Frank) of Philadelphia, PA, Etta Williams (Eddie) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Carolyn Williams and Vera Williams, both of Philadelphia, PA; three brothers, Zachary Williams (Theresa), Prince Williams of Philadelphia, PA, and Gary Holmes of Sylvania, GA; two grandsons, Troyozzie Adside and Jermaine Tolbert; one granddaughter, Cle'Vasha Tolbert; one great grandson, Maliq Lark; a special friend, Clarence "Deke" Mustipher; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services for Lillian Anderson will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 8, 2010 in the chapel of Williams & Williams Funeral Home. Interment, Woodville Cemetery.
