Mrs. Malvina T. Rhett, 45, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was a native of Jacksonville, FL but later moved to Savannah, Georgia. Mrs. Rhett was employed by Community Child Care as a Food Service Rep.
She leaves to cherish her memories: mother, Margarie D. Thomas; husband, Joseph Rhett; son, Santorio J. Robinson; daughter, Candace M. Young; step daughter, Niyokia Rhett; granddaughter, Makel S. Brown; two brothers, Thomas Deloach and Adrian Deloach (Patricia); sister, Vivian Lewis (Sam); two uncles, Bennie Williams and Arthur Williams; two aunts; mother-in-law, Virginia Rhett; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Malvina T. Rhett, will be held 11 am Saturday, at Second Arnold Baptist Church, 1427 East 37th Street. Interment: Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Visitation: 7-8 pm Friday at the chapel, Reposing at the church Saturday 9 am until hour of service.
