Michael Edward Doulin, Sr. (Honky Tonk)
Born November 15, 1964 to the late James Doulin, Sr. and the late Helen Pulver Doulin in Newburgh, New York passed away December 23, 2015.
He was a man of many trades from a Mechanic, a Handyman, to a Shoe shiner boy in his younger days. A man who loved his children and grandchildren with every breath he took. Michael had a love for lottery, cigarettes, sleep, coffee and CBS.
Michael was a loving person who gave the best hugs and could make friends any where he went. He had his own language that his children and grandchildren referred to as “Pap-a-nese”. Michale could be found at a gas station or the Flea Market; when you heard “Rappers Delight” or “Sexual Healing”. Everyone knew Michael was about to sing and dance (OFF BEAT). He lived an amazing life.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jack Doulin.
Survivors include his children, Ashley Hulse-Covington (Chris), Michael, Jr., Arielle Doulin, Adam Doulin, Christopher Doulin, Jessica Doulin-Mehalco (Michael) and Michelle Rogers-Calhoun (Kyle); 10 grandchildren; “His Woman” Dori Hulse, brother, James Doulin, Jr.; sisters, Shirley Doulin, Kathy Gozza, Brenda Doulin and many friends.
Arrangements will be handled by our Garden City Chapel.
