Funeral Services for Mr. Noel Knibbs will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, September 23, 2017 from Happy Home Missionary Baptist Church, 1015 E. Gwinnett Street. Bishop Dr. K.E. McNeal, Pastor & Eulogist.
