Roman Francisco Guerrero, 20, of Savannah, was called home, Sunday, May 8 in Savannah.
He was born on March 17, 1996,in Stockton, CA, the son of Francisco and Gloria Araceli Guerrero.
Roman was a resident of Savannah since July, 2011. He was currently a sophomore at Georgia Southern University and a Goizueta Scholar. Roman was a Founding Father of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He was a member of; Southern Leaders, BUILD Participant-Community Service Program, Phi Eta Sigma – Honor Society and ALAS – Association of Latin American Students.
He was predeceased by his Great-grandmother, Patricia S. Santos; grandparents, Ramon and Maria N. Munoz.
Survivors include his parents; sisters, Ariana S. Guerrero and Carolina L. Guerrero
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Savannah.
A Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.
The Mass of Christian burial will celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, at St. James Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Catholic Cemetery.
