Sarah Hansbrough Organ, 30, of Savannah passed away Friday, June 5, 2015.
She was born in Canton, Ohio on May 24, 1985. Sarah was a police officer with the Savannah - Chatham Metro Police Department and a medic in the National Guard. She was loved by all who knew her. Sarah wanted to bring happiness to everyone and always put others first. Her smile and pure, innocent heart touched everyone who knew her. She will be forever missed.
Survivors include her husband, Sean Organ, of Savannah, her father, Jay Hansbrough, her mother, Donna Hansbrough, both of Springfield, Georgia, a brother, Jerre Hansbrough, of Kaneohe, Hawaii and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at Bonaventure Funeral Home. A Mass will be held Friday at 10:00 am at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park East.
