Thomas L. Wright the first son of the late Walter M. Wright and Mary Frances Hayes Wright, was born on September 11, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York.Tommy enlisted in the Air Force and received an honorable discharge. In 1973, he and his baby brother, Steve, moved to Savannah, GA. He worked many jobs and began a career at the former American Cyanamid (Kemerica)Plant. He and Steve made many friends and were adopted into the Goldwire family.He again made job changes and eventually joined the staff of the Chatham County Mosquito Control. Tommy began his new season of life December 22, 1984 when he married Charlene E. Prince.Together, they reared two special gifts from God. Ronald B. Prince and Danielle S. Watkins. God stepped in again by allowing Cierra to light up his life and heart.Tommy passed into eternal rest Friday, February 9, 2018 after s courageous battle with cancer. His memories will be cherished by his loving and devoted wife Charlene;children, Ronald Prince and Danielle S. Watkins(Kelsey); and the one and only apple of his eye, granddaughter Cierra R. Smith; his siblings, Robert Jones, Leonard M. Wright; sister-in-laws, LaVonne H. Wright, Alicia W. Milano, Cheryl W, Stretcher (Tommy) and Regina Williams; brothers-in-laws, Herb Williams, Jr. and Darryl Ruffin; his uncle, Lorenzo Hayes and aunt-in-law, Catherine W. Cooper.
